What does BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys) mean? +
F3L1X is an orchestration layer - you connect your own Claude API key (via Claude Max subscription ~$100/mo from Anthropic). We do not resell API access or mark up inference costs. You pay Anthropic directly for AI usage, and pay us only for the dashboard and tooling.
What happens if I cancel my subscription? +
You keep all your data, configurations, and workflows. After 12 consecutive months of Pro subscription, you earn perpetual access to the version at that time. Lifetime users never lose access - it is yours forever.
Do I need a Claude Max subscription? +
Yes, for full functionality. Claude Max (~$100/mo from Anthropic) gives you the AI compute power. F3L1X provides the orchestration dashboard, microservices, and tooling to multiply what you can accomplish with that compute.
What are microservices/agents? +
Microservices are specialized AI agents that handle specific tasks - documentation generation, code testing, security scanning, etc. They run locally on your machine and communicate via the Herald message broker. Pro tiers include 50-70+ pre-built agents.
Is my data private? +
Yes. F3L1X runs entirely on your local machine. Your code, data, and workflows never leave your computer unless you explicitly choose to use cloud features. We do not have access to your projects.
What is the difference between Annual and Lifetime? +
Elevated Annual ($149/yr) gives you ongoing updates and support for as long as you subscribe. Apex ($49/mo) adds weekly sync calls and hands-on guidance. Lifetime ($399 one-time) includes 2 years of updates, then you keep that version forever with no further payments. Lifetime is best if you prefer owning software outright.
